It's Official--We Are Having a Baby!

Well we decided to join the blog world and keep all of our out of town friends and family updated on how we are doing and the size of my growing belly. I am officially due June 7th but after meeting with the doctor, I was told that because of my blood pressure, they would only let me go to 39 weeks at the latest, which means the end of May is looking good. I am 12 weeks along and feeling great. I am very thankful to not really have experienced a lot of nausea. My extreme tiredness has pretty much gone away too!

We went to my regular OB doctor and the specialist on Friday. We have attached an ultrasound picture (the baby is sucking its thumb:))and the pictures of how Duncan helped tell our families the news. This was a series of pictures like the one below saying "Can you keep a secret? Then we showed them the pictures of the pregnancy test and of us, shocked, right after finding out. I also have a few belly pics for those of you that are wondering how much I have grown. My weight really hasn't changed but I can notice that my stomach sure isn't looking like it used to. The first picture is at 8 weeks and the second is at 12 weeks.

Right now the baby is the size of a lime and about 2 inches long.
