Apple Pie

Many of you may know that Blake loves apple pie. I come from a long line of fabulous pie makers. The only problem is, I don't really like pie all that much. After getting lots of apples at the orchard, I promised Blake I would make him an apple pie. This would be my first apple pie ever. The only other time I even made a pie was when my mom was standing over me helping step by step. I compromised and made a dutch apple pie so it only had one true crust, but hey, I did make it all from scratch and it actually turned out great. I guess I didn't let the family name down.
