Rick and Jean (aka...Grandma and Grandpa) Came to Visit

Last week, Blake was out of town from Sunday through Friday night.  While I know many people do this and I, myself have done the single parent thing for a week before, I thought it might be nice to have some help while Blake was gone...especially with my 8 month pregnant belly.  Rick and Jean came Tuesday night and stayed until Sunday morning.  I am so thankful for their help!!  I got to fit in a few naps and just have some down time for myself.  Plus, the kids LOVE having Grandma and Grandpa around.  It was nice to catch up with them too before all the craziness begins in about a month.

While Rick and Jean were here, Jean and the kids got to go to my specialist appointment and see an ultrasound.  Jean also took the kids to Catch Air (an indoor play place nearby) and we both took them to the Children's museum.  Liam had a tball game we all went to together on Saturday and Rick kept busy framing our master bathroom mirrors, which look great.

I am so very thankful for two sets of parents who are healthy, able, and willing to be such a big help to us.  I would love to have them closer!!
