Brian, Luke, Dad, Me, and Laura

Liam was fussy so some cuddles were in order from cousin Reagan
Liam's teeth were really bothering him...can you tell?
Eating raspberries with Grandma
Playing with Grandpa
This is the best picture I could get of his shirt "Dad's Lil Firecracker"
Finally smiling
Hanging out with Mommy
Looking at the little pond and flowers

We headed to Illinois for the week of the 4th of July. I left a little early with Laura. Blake met us later in the week. Liam did well in the car. He now can watch DVDs and be entertained. We got to hear the Sesame Street sing along more times than we would like, but it worked. He also loves Zac Brown Band and will calm down any time it is played. This means if Blake, Laura, and I never hear some of those songs again, it will be too soon:)

Liam loved this game

We got to see a lot of family and friends throughout the week and of course enjoyed the annual Kuppersmith 4th of July party. Liam LOVED the fireworks. I really wanted him to stay up for them since I love them so much. He made it and started clapping and cheering when he saw them. I wish I could have captured his face on video. The funny thing is, about 10 minutes in, he was asleep. It was a long day.
We always joke that Duncan's favorite day of the year is July 4th. We bring him to the party every year and he gets so much attention. He has become brave in his older years around food but he behaved himself and by the end of the night, he was exhausted.
