THE KUPPERSMITH FAMILY: Siron Tennessee Lake Trip

About a week ago, my side of the family took a trip to just east of Nashville, TN on Center Hill Lake. We spent 5 days relaxing, cooking, boating, hiking, swimming, and enjoying our time together. The hiking was beautiful and we got to see three waterfalls. Liam loved hiking again and so did his cousins, Corbin and Reagan. Boating was quite an experience. Liam hated the life jacket and cried a lot at first. Then he fell asleep for a little bit. When he woke up, he got to "drive" the boat with Papa. He even managed to almost stop the boat completely while driving. The fun times came when we saw a huge rain cloud coming close. For some reason, we all thought it would be a great idea to go fast to get out the of the way of the rain. Luke and Blake went to he front of the boat and the rest of us were in the back because it was covered. The cover really didn't matter once the rain came because it as pretty much sideways pelting all of us. Liam was screaming and we were getting pounded by rain. I even looked up once and saw Dad driving with his eyes practically shut. After what seemed like forever but was probably less than 5 minutes, the rain had moved on and we got to swim. This made everyone a lot happier.

Our cabin had a beautiful view. On the road leading up to it, we saw many different animals each time we ventured out. We saw turkeys, rabbits, turtles, deer, a mule, and several car chasing dogs. The funny thing is, we saw no animals when we were actually in the forrest:) Overall it was a nice time with family and it was one of our shortest trips yet...only 4 hours.
