This Mother's Day was a typical one for us. We keep things pretty laid back. Our tradition is to go out for breakfast Saturday since we have church on Sunday and Mother's Day brunches are so busy. We went to our usual spot..Flying Biscuit. Then we headed to Liam's soccer game. After a not so nice afternoon of cranky kids the next day I got a nice two hour nap, started planting our vegetable garden, got cards from the kids, and didn't have to cook the whole day. I also had a Mother' s Day ice cream sundae party at Liam school the Wednesday before. To me, that is a perfect Mother's Day:)

All about Mom...my favorite was that he loves my hugs and pizza...the part that made me laugh is that I do not like doing laundry (so true), I want to be a fireman, and I love fishing
