The middle of June, we found out baby #3 is a GIRL!! Ever since we had Marlo, I had the thought that it would be so nice for her to have a sister since Laura and I are so close. With this pregnancy being exactly like mine with Marlo as far as how I felt, I had a pretty strong feeling the baby was a girl but still, in the back of my mind, I thought, well maybe it's a boy. As soon as we found out, I have to say we were happy, but we really would have been happy with either. We have never felt like we "needed" to have one or the other, especially with both a girl and boy at home already. Blake came home and told Liam they were out numbered. Liam was really fine with it but thought maybe we should just have another baby so he could have a brother....I don't think so. Blake also said, "another wedding to pay for." Honestly, I just want to get to the wedding and have a confident, smart, and healthy girl. The pre-teen/teenage years are much more of a worry for me. That same week I was at the pool and observed girls around 10 years old and oh my goodness, I am scared:)
Good news is, the baby is healthy and all is just as it should be. My blood pressure has been almost too low so I can't complain at all. I have been feeling really well and am so thankful.
On the practical side, the nursery can stay the same, the clothes are basically the same season, and it will be nice to have the ease of all that. Now for a name......
another set of sparkly shoes:)
Liam looks just thrilled...
