The first week of June we headed up to IL to see lots and lots of family for Jean's (Blake's mom) retirement party. This was not a typical retirement party. There was a great band and lots of dancing and fun. It was so great to see so much of Blake's side of the family. Liam did well staying up till 9pm to enjoy the party as well. The band was so nice to him and let him play some shakers and eventually gave him their drumsticks.
Jean was an amazing teacher at her school for over 30 years. People always say you should go out on top and she sure did. I wish I had more pictures to add to this but here are some from the night.
