May 6 we found out that we are having a baby girl in October. We had thought all along that since this pregnancy is SO different than with Liam that it was a girl, especially with the sickness. Still, in the back of my mind, I didn't want to be set on boy or girl until we heard the news for sure. Now, all I want to do is go back for another ultrasound, just to confirm:). So far my blood pressure is doing fine and all appointments have included healthy reports. I have completed most of the initial screenings and go back to the specialist on June 10th.
As far as how I am feeling, the most commonly asked questions....well, I still get heartburn pretty much every time I eat unless the food is completely bland. I take a small Zantac before I eat and it is the only thing that does the trick. The headaches are still happening but much less often. I am feeling larger than I was with Liam but trying to remember that a few extra pounds is nothing to complain about if I have a healthy baby in the end. I have been able to work out more and feel a lot better when I do. Around 19 weeks, I started to feel the baby move. I had thought I felt it before, and maybe I did, but at this time, I could really feel kicks and Blake could too. I love this part!
Name??? The other most common question...well.....we don't have one. We aren't trying to keep a secret, we just really have no ideas at all. We would like to come up with one very soon so we can start calling our little girl by her name.
Liam is doing great. He kisses my belly and says hi to the baby. He is convinced the baby is in my belly button. Please don't ask him where the baby is, he will lift up whatever I am wearing to show you:)
Our house is under some construction right now and I am unable to scan in the ultrasound pictures. I will do that as soon as I can. In the mean time, here is a picture of me at 18 weeks. I will post another one soon.

I'm Kim (I teach...or should I say taught with Jean) So excited for you guys. You will love having one of each...best of both worlds. I remember when I was pregnant with Luke, Lauren tried to look inside my belly button for the baby. Good Luck with everything.
