My blood pressure has been great. In fact, it was low for a while but now is back to a normal range. I passed my glucose screening last week...YAY!!! I am measuring about one week ahead at this point. The doctor's really don't get concerned unless the measurements are 3 weeks or more ahead. Of course, this isn't what you want to hear when you already feel humongous, but oh well:) When I did my glucose screening, my hemoglobin levels were found to be low (only .1 of a point). I am trying to take in more iron to combat this, however, I eat quite a bit of green leafy vegetables already and red meat sometimes sounds good but not a lot. I am sure my doctor will recheck soon. Once again, nothing to be alarmed about but my new doctor is very detailed oriented and even with one tenth of a point, he will watch it.
The kids are definitely getting the idea a baby is coming. They want Mommy for EVERYTHING. I am taking it all in because I know with nursing and just the demands of an infant, they will not have me as much come November. Marlo often asks to see my belly button and wants to lift up my shirt. She thinks my belly button is where the baby is. One time Blake said the baby was "still cooking" so she repeats that often. I tell her the baby is growing and hiding in my tummy because she is a little confused why she can't really see her. Liam is sweet and will often find toys or baby items that he reminds me we can use for our new little girl. He likes to see and feel when she is moving. He also loves to see our ultrasound pictures. He wants to come with us sometime to a specialist appointment to see the baby. I think we may try next time.
The "belly pics" have been limited this time around. I already know what I look like pregnant and most of you do too but for the sake of this poor third child's baby book one day, here are a couple:) I haven't gotten any 3-D ultrasounds at the new specialist but here are a few little ultrasound pictures too.
