Nap Time Creativity

Liam hasn't been napping for a few months now.  He used to take a few a week but he doesn't take them at all now.   While this isn't a great time with having a 7 month pregnant momma, he is doing much better going to bed at night without a nap.  I have him spend an hour in his room during nap time to rest each day.  He often reads books or does his Tag Reader.  I set a little timer and he comes out when it goes off.  Some days, I try to grab about a 30 minute power nap just to make it through the afternoon.    All of this sounds great in theory but some days don't quite work out as planned.  If I am down stairs, Liam starts exploring in other rooms or our room and I often go into his room and find the most random collection of things he has swiped.  I now lock all doors to other rooms so he can't go in them and told him I am going to start charging him a quarter every time I find something from our room in his.  This past week, he got super "creative" when I snoozed for my 30 minutes.  He took my camera and I later found over 100 self portraits.  I was not happy at that moment but had to post some of my "favorites."
